These terms cover studyezer.com, meaning this website and the waitlist form on it. The Ezer app is a separate thing with its own terms, which you will agree to when you create an account.
What this site is
A description of Ezer and a form for joining the waitlist. There is no account here, nothing to buy, and nothing to log into.
What joining the waitlist means
It means we have your email address and intend to use it once, to tell you when Ezer opens. Being on the list is not a reservation, a purchase, or a promise of access. We cannot say when Ezer will open, in what order people will be let in, or that everyone on the list will get in at all.
Plans described on this site are plans. Features may change, ship later than we hoped, or not ship. Nothing here is a contract to build anything in particular.
Using the site fairly
Submit your own address, not someone else's. Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the site, and do not use automated tools to submit entries in bulk. We may remove entries and block access if the form is abused.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, artwork, and the Ezer name and mark on this site belong to Faithful Technologies. The Lora typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. Scripture is quoted from public-domain translations.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always be reachable, or that everything on it is free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Faithful Technologies is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will say when they last moved.
